This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Dotsfy app and https://www.dotsfy.com (“Dotsfy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you use our website, products and services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not cover the Dotsfy API which is not available to users at this moment.
Our Services
Dotsfy provides a mobile app and backend service. Dotsfy app is available via Apple app store, Google play store and associated internet domains such as https://www.dotsfy.com and others.
Information Dotsfy Collects
When you visit our mobile app and website, we may collect certain information automatically from your device. This information may include your IP address, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser-type, broad geographic location (e.g. country or city-level location), and other technical information. Information Dotsfy Does Not Collect

We use this information to improve the quality and relevance of our website to our visitors.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information that we collect from you. Data is stored securely on Google Cloud Services. However, no security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. You may opt out of data collection for AI data collection which would allows us to use your search data to improve our AI models in your settings page if you are logged into our platform.
If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information from our servers within 30 days. Please contact us at support@dotsfy.com to request deletion.

We may change this Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Policy on our website and update the “Last updated” date above.
